Export Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate new export orders for precision-forged and machined components.
• Identify and acquire international customers, OEMs, importers and industrial buyers.
• Develop new export markets and build long-term relationships with overseas customers.
• Generate qualified export enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Proactively approach potential buyers through B2B platforms, direct outreach, trade networks and international business channels.
• Achieve export sales targets and grow the company's international business.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in export sales or international B2B business development, preferably in forging, machining, engineering or automotive components.
• Proven track record of generating export orders and acquiring new overseas customers.
• Existing international buyer contacts and experience in dealing with OEMs and industrial customers will be preferred.
• Strong skills in international sales, customer acquisition, negotiation and business development.
• Candidates focused only on export documentation and shipment coordination are not suitable for this position.
