Export Sales (Officer)

• Develop and maintain relationships with international customers.
• Present and promote company products to overseas customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and sales conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow up on payments and export-related documents.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

• Experience in Export Sales, International Sales, or a related position is preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation.

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Good command of Microsoft Office.
