Export Sales Operation Executive

We are looking for an Export Sales Operations Executive to help manage and grow our international business.

This is not a purely administrative export role. You will be responsible for turning commercial agreements and customer orders into well-executed shipments — coordinating customers, overseas principals, logistics partners, Finance, and internal teams from order confirmation until completion.

You will work closely with Management and communicate directly with international customers and business partners.

What You Will Own

Export Sales Operations
Manage the full export order cycle: quotation → PO → order placement → payment → shipment → documentation → delivery → completion.

You will keep every active order moving, know its latest status, identify what is blocking it, and make sure the right person takes the next action.

International Customer & Principal Coordination
Communicate directly with overseas customers and principals regarding orders, pricing and quotations, product availability, forecasts, shipment schedules, documentation, samples, and other commercial requirements.

Shipment & Documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses, and other partners for shipment arrangements.

Prepare and review documents such as PO, Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other export documents.

Sales & Management Support
Support Management with:

• Sales and order forecasts
• Pricing and quotation preparation
• Customer and product analysis
• Shipment and outstanding-order reports
• Market research and competitor information
• International business presentations and new projects

Import Operations
Support the company's import activities when required, including supplier coordination, shipment monitoring, import documentation, customs clearance coordination, and delivery to warehouse.

Process Improvement
We are continuously improving how we operate. You will help develop and improve our order monitoring system, SOPs, reporting, and export/import processes — not simply follow an existing process.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a D3/D4/S1 degree in any major
• Have 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, export/import, logistics, supply chain, trading, or related fields
• Are a strong fresh graduate who learns quickly and takes ownership
• Can communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
• Are comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and data
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Follow through without needing to be constantly reminded
• Can prioritize when several things need attention at the same time
• Communicate problems early, instead of waiting until they become urgent
• Don't just report a problem — you try to understand the cause and propose the next action

What You'll Learn

This role gives you exposure to the full commercial and operational side of international trade.

You won't only prepare documents. You'll learn how pricing, customer negotiations, payment, supply planning, logistics, and international shipments connect into an actual business.

You'll work directly with Management, overseas principals, international customers, and logistics partners, with opportunities to take on larger responsibilities as the business grows.
