Export Sales Section Head

A leading FMCG company, Corona, is looking for an 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 to join our Export team.

𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

• Lead and supervise the export team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

• Ensure effective coordination between order processing, warehousing, production, and shipping to guarantee timely order fulfillment.

• Oversee the end-to-end export process and ensure the accuracy of all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.

• Ensure all export shipments comply with local and international laws, customs regulations, tariffs, and trade requirements.

• Stay up to date with changes in global trade policies, shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international market trends.

• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and customs brokers to minimize transit delays and resolve operational challenges.

• Identify and explore new international markets, distribution channels, and potential business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.

• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and relevant business events.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in export operations, international sales, or global logistics.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role with a successful track record of managing a team.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Very good command of English.
