JOB TITLE Export Sales Supervisor - Textile| MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

Role Summary The Export Sales Supervisor - Textile will be responsible of handling and managing all the International Trade aspects (Import & Export) between MAF Countries. He/She will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
• Handling with the suppliers the needed goods specs and prices negotiation to meet the countries needs
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and other documents requested by the country
• Ensure that goods are exported on time at the expected dates with the right quantities, good quality and in the most efficient way to meet country requests
• Ensure the implementation of local regulations in import and export activities and anticipate their evolution
• Propose new sourcing opportunities and supplier partnerships based on market knowledge and understanding of Textile product categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and partners to support sourcing activities and business growth across global markets.
• Analyze sales performance, supplier data, and market trends to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Supply Chain or Logistics specialization is preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Import/Export operations within the Textile industry.
• Demonstrates strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data, reports, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and external stakeholders.
• Commercial and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to source suppliers, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
