Export Staff and Customer Service

Ø  Receive booking from shipper

Ø  Coordinating with shipping line and forwarder (booking arrangement)

Ø  Making of shipment folder with complete notations

Ø  Arranging truck allocation for LCL and FCL

Ø  Monitoring truck delivery of empty and loaded container

Ø  Turning over to domestic night shift, shipments needed for monitoring in accordance with existing SOP

Ø  Sending Pre-advise to SL, generates TAB reference and book to ETRACC

Ø  Providing daily booking plan to broker

Ø  Reporting and updating  client regarding shipment status (including shipping line advisories)

Ø  Making final shipping instruction to shipping line

Ø  Checking Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin

Ø  Sending Pre-Alert

Ø  Dispatching Certificate of origin to company’s counterpart

Ø  Request shipping line charges of direct bookings

Ø  Requesting payment settlement for shipping line direct bookings

Ø  Reporting of any irregularity once notices and report the same to his/her superior for action

Ø  Issuing corrective/preventive action to subcontractors for any irregularities in SWL process (includes: delay, damage during delivery)

Ø  Making of Monthly Report (Monitoring Sheet/FTEB/Monthly Summary)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø  College Graduate of logistics/any related course. Otherwise, with experience working in a logistics company processing export shipments is required.

Ø  Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Ø  Knowledgeable in MS Office applications especially in Excel

Ø  Familiar with different documents needed in export processing.

Ø  Fast learner, detail-oriented and highly adaptable

Ø  Willing to work in Makati City
