What they need
We are Japanese Automotive Components Manufacturing which located in Jakarta Utara seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Export Staff.
REQUIREMENT
- At least hold Associate Degree in any major.
- At least has 1 year of working experience in logistic / vessel shipping company.
- Good knowledge about export shipping system (PEB, etc.).
- English business level proficiency.
- Proficient in computer literacy especially for ms. excel.
- Excellent communication skill both speaking & writing.
- Good team player.
- Willing to be stationed and follow recruitment process in near of port of Jakarta - Jakarta Utara.
JOB DESC
- Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new export opportunities and develop relationships with potential international clients.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of export documents in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving any logistics issues.
