Export Staff

• Handle daily export operations, including order processing and shipment scheduling.
• Prepare and review export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure accurate and complete shipment data.
• Manage and update export documentation and records in the system.
• Handle issues related to shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs clearance.
• Ensure accuracy in HS Code classification and export declarations.
• Support continuous improvement in export processes and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of export documentation and procedures.
• Familiar with Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping processes.
• Experience working with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Good knowledge of HS Code classification and export compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
