JD: Exports Sales Coordinator

Export Documentation & Compliance

1. Prepare and manage export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, and other export-related documents

2. Ensure accurate pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation

3. Coordinate with banks for LC documentation and export banking processes

4. Ensure compliance with export procedures and international trade regulations

Shipment Coordination & Dispatch Management

1. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners

2. Ensure timely shipment planning and documentation completion

3. Track shipments and ensure smooth dispatch operations

4. Support the sales team by ensuring timely documentation for international shipments

Cross-Functional Coordination

1. Work closely with export sales team, factory team, and logistics partners

2.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment planning

3. Provide backend operational support to export sales managers

Records, Communication & Follow-ups

1. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and export documentation

2. Handle client communication through email, WhatsApp, and calls

3. Track shipments and manage payment follow-ups with clients

4. Ensure proper documentation tracking and reporting
