We are seeking a reliable and motivated Express Lane Service Technician to join our service team at DePaula Ford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and battery inspections.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
• Perform basic maintenance and light repair work according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service technician or express maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay
• $20-25 per flat rate hour
• Monthly bonus incentives
