Express / Quick Lube Technician

Chuck Nash Auto Group is looking for a dependable, motivated Express / Quick Lube Technician to join our Service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants the opportunity to grow within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire services
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items as needed
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check tire pressure and inspect tires for wear or damage
• Inspect batteries, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components
• Communicate any additional maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Keep the work area, shop, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow dealership procedures and all safety requirements
• Assist other technicians and Service Department team members as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or quick lube experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Ability to safely operate shop equipment and hand tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and working around vehicles
