Duties

• Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect septic systems for potential issues and report findings to supervisors or clients.
• Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job performed.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services provided and answer questions.
• Assist in the general upkeep of company equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience in septic system servicing or related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and plumbing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; CDL certification is a plus.

Pay: $23.96 - $28.86 per hour
