Express Service Advisor

Bennett Toyota of Lebanon is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the automotive industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Express Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming customers, recommending routine maintenance, coordinating services with technicians, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding service experience. Our goal is to provide efficient, high-quality service while building lasting customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Write service repair orders accurately and document customer concerns.
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance, fluid services, tire rotations, alignments, filters, and other preventive maintenance as appropriate.
• Communicate service recommendations, pricing, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Coordinate with express technicians to maintain an efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed of service progress and any additional recommendations.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery.
• Ensure customers understand the services performed and any future maintenance needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Meet department goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, maintenance sales, and service retention.
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Service Management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail sales, or automotive experience preferred.
• Dealership service advisor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable explaining automotive maintenance and service recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
