Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for an Express Service Process & Training Specialist to support our Express Service operations across multiple dealership locations.

This position will work directly with dealership teams to implement, train, and maintain a consistent Express Service process at the store level. We’re looking for someone with hands-on quick lube or express service experience who understands how to build an efficient, customer-focused operation and can effectively train others.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between dealership locations to implement and support Express Service processes

• Train and coach Service Advisors, Express/Lube Technicians, and other service team members

• Work hands-on with teams to improve workflow, efficiency, productivity, and customer experience

• Partner with Service Managers and Fixed Operations leadership to identify and address operational challenges

• Provide follow-up training and support to ensure processes are consistently maintained

• Assist with onboarding and training new Express Service employees

• Share best practices and help create consistency across dealership locations

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive quick lube, express service, or dealership service experience required

• Strong understanding of Express Service operations and workflow

• Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working hands-on with dealership teams

• Ability to travel regularly between Cable Dahmer locations

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
