Duties

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and basic inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with simple automotive diagnostics to identify issues quickly and accurately, supporting the overall repair process.
• Support vehicle maintenance tasks involving heavy lifting and the use of mechanical equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Requirements

• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred, but not a requirement. If you have the drive to learn and grow we will gladly give you everything you need to succeed.
• Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement procedures.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards helping customers understand their vehicle needs.
• Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems combined with hands-on experience in automotive service or repair settings.
