What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Check and top off fluids, replace filters, and inspect belts, hoses, tires, and other components.
• Complete maintenance services efficiently and according to Subaru standards.
• Identify potential maintenance and repair needs and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work as part of a team committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive or maintenance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and pride in doing the job right.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• A desire to develop new skills and grow within the automotive industry.
