ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Express Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive services while maintaining Steven Honda’s standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and other routine maintenance.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify recommended services.
• Complete maintenance and repair work accurately and efficiently.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to the appropriate service team.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

COMPENSATION

$50K+ ANNUALLY

Starting earning potential of $50,000+ per year, based on experience, productivity, performance, and skill level.

• PRODUCTION BONUS

ALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS.

Production bonuses are paid at time-and-a-half (1.5X) the technician’s applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity.

• Previous automotive technician experience required

• Honda dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
