Process Engineer — Wafer Processing
Job Description:
Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Process Engineer. Our client is looking for a hands-on individual to lead wafer-level processing development for advanced electronic/optical components.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize wafer thinning, cutting, and related process parameters to minimize defects
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities including warpage, surface defects, and yield issues
- Monitor process uniformity and drive continuous improvement
- Implement SPC and FMEA methodologies; produce SOPs and NPI documentation
- Liaise with external manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3-5+ years' experience in semiconductor or advanced component wafer processing
- Familiarity with DOE, reliability testing, and failure analysis techniques
