Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and responsible Overnight Childcare Teacher to support our evening and overnight operations. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, calm, and structured environment for children during non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during evening and overnight hours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful classroom environment
• Follow daily routines, schedules, and center policies
• Assist with bedtime routines, including monitoring sleeping children
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Respond appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies
• Support children’s emotional well-being in a calm and reassuring manner

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting
• Must have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Childcare experience is required
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to follow instructions and also think independently
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to overnight hours
