Extended Day Secondary School Facilitators

JOB DESCRIPTION: EXTENDED DAY FACILITATORS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Master’s Degree or higher, with an endorsement in educational administration K-12
• Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience in a senior high school environment preferred
• Demonstrated positive communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated technology skills preferred
• Experience working with online platforms is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the school
• Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program
• Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students
• Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century
• Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning
• Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors

SALARY: $50.00 per hour
