  Job Title: Extended Term Substitutes- Elementary Teachers
  Reports To: Building Principal/ Supervisor, or other administrator if needed
  Effective date: 11/16/2026
  Salary Range: $150.00 - $190.00 per diem depending on certification level and length of assignment.

  Position Summary: The above extended term substitute positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year.

  Qualifications:

  • Elementary Teacher Certification required

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: See attached Job Description

  Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
  Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
  Terms of Employment: Per diem pay
