TomKat Restoration is hiring two experienced sales representatives to grow our roofing, siding, gutter and window business.

Our projects include homeowner-paid remodeling, insurance-related restoration, and larger exterior projects for townhome associations, condominium communities and property-management companies.

We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who know how to generate opportunities, build customer relationships and close projects. You’ll work directly with the owner on scope, pricing and proposals, with installation and project coordination handled by TomKat and its subcontractor network.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking and existing relationships Meet with homeowners and property-management representatives to discuss their exterior remodeling needs Coordinate with the owner to develop accurate scopes, pricing and proposals Present project options, follow up consistently and secure signed agreements Maintain organized records of leads, appointments and customer communications Communicate project commitments clearly when handing sold work over for production Develop opportunities for both individual homes and larger association projects

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, siding, windows or exterior remodeling Ability to generate your own leads and manage opportunities from first contact through closing Strong communication, negotiation and follow-through skills Professional approach with homeowners, property managers and association boards Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Chicagoland Comfortable using email, a smartphone and sales-management software

Existing relationships with property managers, associations, real estate professionals and homeowners are a plus. This position is best suited to an experienced salesperson who can work independently without extensive beginner training.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. Commission rates, eligible revenue and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before starting.

Commissions are paid as customer payments are collected, according to the written commission agreement. Earnings depend on sales performance, project size, collected revenue and the agreed commission structure.

Compensation Amount: $75,000–$150,000 or greater annual earning potential. Commission-only position; no base salary or guaranteed minimum.
