Exterior Services Technician

Pay: $18–$22/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Generally starting around 7:00 AM and working until the day’s scheduled jobs are complete | Overtime and occasional weekends may be required during peak seasons
Location: Fredericksburg Va and surrounding service areas

This job is great for people with experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, painting, moving, warehouse work, pressure washing, gutters, window cleaning, or other physical trades — but no previous exterior-services experience is required.

• Perform exterior cleaning and property-service work
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Work alongside experienced technicians and crew leaders
• Follow company processes and quality standards
• Complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate with teammates and customers
• Learn new services and techniques through hands-on training
• Identify problems and help find solutions
