We are launching in the Palo Alto and Menlo Park area and looking for reliable, motivated service providers who take pride in their work.

What You'll Do

• Browse available home service jobs through the MEDI platform.
• Choose the jobs you want and skip the ones you don't.
• Perform exterior home services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other eligible exterior maintenance.
• Bring the necessary equipment and supplies for the services you accept.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Submit completion photos or other required proof of work.
• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, exterior maintenance, or related home services.
• Own or have access to the equipment needed for the services you accept.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Are dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Can work safely around ladders, roofs, and residential properties when qualified and equipped to do so.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your work.
• Are comfortable working independently and managing your own business.

Experienced providers are encouraged to apply. Applicants with less experience may also be considered for services they can safely and competently perform.

Independent Contractor Requirements

Providers operate independently and are responsible for their own business expenses, applicable taxes, required licenses, insurance, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws. Specific requirements depend on the services performed.

This is not a W-2 employment position. Providers are not guaranteed a minimum number of jobs or earnings and are free to decline available opportunities, subject to the applicable platform terms.
