👨‍💼 AUDIT SENIOR
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulations.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of Audit Semi Seniors and Audit Assistants.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary audit documents, resolve audit queries, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed within deadlines and in accordance with professional standards.
• Utilise aBot/AXP audit software in a digital audit environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3–4 years of external audit experience.
• Good knowledge of MFRS/MPERS and auditing standards.
• Experience in managing audit assignments and supervising junior staff.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; aBot/AXP experience is an advantage.
• Salary: RM 4,500 and above

👩‍💼 AUDIT SEMI SENIOR

Job Responsibilities

• Perform audit fieldwork and execute audit procedures in accordance with the audit programme.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers, supporting schedules, and audit documentation.
• Identify audit issues and discuss findings with the Audit Senior or Audit Manager.
• Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documents and follow up on outstanding audit matters.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Utilise aBot/AXP audit software to perform audit work in a digital environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant external audit experience.
• Basic to good knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Able to prepare audit working papers and perform audit procedures independently.
• Good analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• A responsible team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with aBot/AXP or other audit software is an advantage.
• Salary: RM 3,500 and above

👨‍🎓 AUDIT ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out audit fieldwork and audit procedures for clients across various industries.
• Prepare audit working papers and organise supporting documents.
• Verify financial records, invoices, bank statements, and other relevant documents.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and financial statements.
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents and information.
• Perform audit assignments under the guidance of seniors and supervisors.
• Learn and utilise aBot/AXP audit software in a digital audit environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive working attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently when required and meet assignment deadlines.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of aBot/AXP or other audit software is an advantage.
• Salary: RM 2,800 to RM 3,200
