External Communication Specialist

Job Purpose:

Develop and support the design, development and execution of external communications across Bahri. Manage and handle Bahri business communication activities by ensuring that Bahri is well positioned to achieve its corporate brand and image strategies in a professional and consistent manner.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Provide input to the annual plan of the department related to external communication. Coordinate assigned activities and monitor progress to support the achievement of the objectives in the annual plan of the unit.

Operations:

• Develop marketing materials, techniques, and tools to support external
• marketing and communication plans and deliver effective external communication services by applying suitable communication activities and practices, including printed materials, media, press releases, and procedures

Compliance:

• Ensure all relevant external marketing and communication material, techniques, and tools are aligned with Bahri brand, identity, and communications handbook.

Concepts and Policies:

• Apply new professional strategies and policies within the area of responsibility in accordance with management directions.

Social Media:

• Manage Bahri's social media platforms and help generate effective engagement, interaction, and conversation with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with Creative Designers and Public Relations for public communication.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
