As an External Marketer - Admissions Director, you will play a vital role in promoting the center's brand, improving admissions, and fostering strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and community organizations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients and families to Village Place Health and Rehabilitation Center
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and community organizations to increase referrals and admissions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and goals
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and promotional materials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
