External Relations Coordinator

About the role

As an External Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, schools, government agencies, and other organizations. You will serve as a key point of contact for external partners while coordinating meetings, events, communications, documentation, follow-ups, and partnership activities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional, customer-oriented, and approachable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently and effectively within a team
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply
