External Relations Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. At least 7 years of working experience in External Relations
3. At least 2 years of working experience as a Manager
4. Preferably have working experience in manufacture, plantation, agriculture or mining industry
5. Have a good communication and negotiation skills, observation ability
6. Strong leadership
7. Candidates must be willing to work at Nusa Tenggara Barat

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain effective communication with communities surrounding the plantation.
2. Anticipate potential social issues by coordinating with relevant external stakeholders.
3. Resolve issues related to land disputes within the plantation area.
4. Coordinate with vendors and management regarding operational issues in the field.
5. Monitor and oversee the implementation of work programs carried out by the External Relations team.
