External SEC Reporting Analyst | Chester County, PA I up to 130k plus bonus

A growing public company is seeking an External SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role within a lean corporate office, offering direct exposure to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings

• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP

• Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and supporting disclosures

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities

• Partner with auditors, operations, and finance teams

• Mentor junior staff and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred

• 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate reporting experience

• Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge

• SEC reporting experience is a must
