External Warehouse Capacity Supervisor

Department: Logistics / Supply Chain

We’re looking for an experienced External Warehouse Capacity Supervisor to manage third-party warehouse operations and chilled storage capacity across our logistics network.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across external chilled and frozen warehouse providers
• Lead relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring service, cost and quality targets are achieved
• Support capacity planning and network optimisation initiatives across the logistics network
• Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs and stock accuracy
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Support S&OP processes by aligning warehouse capacity with business demand
• Lead logistics improvement projects from concept through to implementation
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics teams to drive performance

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, distribution and 3PL operations
• Experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to drive performance through KPI management and operational analysis
• Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland

Desirable:

• SAP knowledge
• Experience managing external logistics contracts and performance reviews
• Experience developing procedures, audits and operational standards
