What You'll Do:

As an Extrusion Line Operator, you'll help produce quality products while working safely and efficiently with your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing parts according to company standards and customer requirements
• Inspecting products for quality, color, appearance, and size
• Performing quality checks throughout the production process
• Completing production paperwork and documentation accurately
• Setting up packaging materials and downstream equipment as needed
• Following standard work instructions and safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Supporting team goals for quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Assisting with other production tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math skills
• Basic reading skills
• Basic writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

The following are helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience using measuring tools and production equipment
• Blueprint reading experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Kanban systems

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires standing and moving throughout your shift.

• Stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours
• Perform repetitive tasks and movements throughout the workday
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Wear required safety equipment, including:
• Safety glasses
• Hearing protection
• Closed-toe shoes

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
