Extrusion Machine Operator

Dies replacement and maintenance (cleaning, prepare for keeping), commissioning works (new dies and new equipment), maintenance of production line: fixing of quality defects, compliance with the norms and standards of technology, operational maintenance of the extrusion line equipment (drying, lubricating, the absence of problems according to the checklist, order and cleanness on the production lines), moving, assembly and installing equipment, as well as preventive maintenance and repair (under the direction of the maintenance service), participation in the provision of material for the line, in the sorting and processing of production waste, as well as in assistance, assembly, packaging and cleaning works, actively listen and promptly execute instructions from supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operation, respectful handling of company property and equipment, compliance with work safety, electrical safety, and fire safety rules, responsibility for personal and team safety, immediate reporting of issues and rule violations to management, respectful and friendly communication with colleagues and others, continuous personal and team improvement mindset. execution of orders according to the production plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

we are looking candidates with Plastic profile manufacturing, uPVC window/door-profile extrusion, retail display accessories, and construction trims/channels experience

• Products: Data strips, window/door profiles, channels, trims and similar straight plastic profiles.
• Skills: Independent line operation, profile-die replacement and cleaning, calibration, cooling/haul-off setup, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Materials: PET/PP preferred; relevant PVC/uPVC profile experience can also be considered.
