EY is looking for Executives (Contractual - Third-Party Payroll) to support our Onboarding and Background Verification (BGV) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with new hires and manage either onboarding or BGV formalities.
• Review and close service requests on a daily basis.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and process trackers.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and related formalities.
• Coordinate and manage background verification (BGV) processes for new hires.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience or interest in Onboarding or Background Verification (BGV) processes will be an added advantage.
