Responsibilities

• Perform expert eyebrow threading services with precision, ensuring clients leave satisfied with their desired shape and look
• Provide additional beauty treatments such as waxing, tinting, facials, and makeup application to enhance client experience
• Educate clients on skincare routines, aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and other services offered
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols
• Use salon software systems such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage service bookings efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable beauty solutions based on their needs
• Promote retail sales of skincare products, waxing supplies, and other beauty essentials to support client goals and salon growth

Experience

• Prior experience working in the beauty industry or a cosmetology background is highly preferred
• Proven skills in hair threading, waxing services (body waxing included), and other aesthetic treatments such as facials or tinting services
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like MINDBODY for appointment management and client communication
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, skin care treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and esthetic laser treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Experience applying makeup and performing nail care is a plus but not required
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician specialties is advantageous
