Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Eyebrows Threading and Lash Expert to elevate our clients’ beauty experience! Duties

• Perform professional eyebrow threading to shape, define, and enhance clients’ facial features with precision and care
• Apply eyelash extensions, lifts, tints, and other lash enhancement services to create stunning, natural-looking results
• Conduct complementary skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to promote healthy skin
• Deliver additional aesthetic services including waxing (body waxing), tinting services, makeup application, and nail care as needed
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair threading and lash services
• Knowledge of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in a salon or spa setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on various aesthetic treatments and products
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is encouraged
• Passion for beauty innovation, client satisfaction, and staying current with industry trends

Pay: $24.00 - $29.65 per hour
