Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction at every step
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look, offering professional recommendations based on eye shape and personal style
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Provide additional beauty services such as brow shaping, eyelash lifts, or other esthetic treatments as needed
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build community engagement
• Upsell retail products such as lash care kits or skincare items to enhance client results and increase revenue

Requirements

• Training and Eyelash Extension License provided if needed
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices in beauty services
• Familiarity with salon management software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience with related beauty treatments including dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or body waxing is a plus
• Ability to manage retail sales effectively while providing excellent guest services
