Duties

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications using safe, high-quality techniques tailored to each client's desired look
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools, workstations, and products to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
• Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Promote retail sales of eyelash care products and other beauty treatments through effective upselling and product demos
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling client inquiries with excellent customer service skills
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, aesthetic treatments, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an eyelash extension technician or in a related beauty industry role with a strong portfolio of work
• Certification or training in eyelash extension application, sanitation standards, and client communication skills
• Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping
• Familiarity with other aesthetic treatments like dermal fillers, chemical peels, or botulinum toxin treatments is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to manage retail sales effectively while upselling complementary products and services
• Experience with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients is desirable

Pay: $26.38 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
