BEAUTY SPECIALIST CAREER DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Beauty Specialist with definitive in-salon experience. This person must hold an Esthetician or Cosmetologist License or Eyelash Certification.

Stylist must be licensed, a team player, reliable and responsible, and a HUGE bonus to have a year of in-salon experience.

• Deliver customized beauty experience designed to exceed client's expectations
• Utilize training, skills and expertise to consistently deliver services during consecutive appointments
• Participate in advanced training, including new products, new services and more
• Uphold policies and standards as directed by state law
• Expertly guide guests to ideal services, upgrades and products
• Represent, grow and maintain the business through client interaction, product sales, membership sales, referrals and continued growth as a Beauty Specialist
• Positively contribute to the salon team, atmosphere and reputation of LUXE Lashes | Beauty | Body

BEAUTY SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist – Lash Extension Experience REQUIRED
• Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow proprietary application process
• Must be upbeat, energetic and positive contributor to the salon
• Must possess great customer service skills and engage well with teammates, guests and management
• Must be available to work flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled clients, at the expected LUXE standard.
• Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application and inserts proper notes in client charts for future tracking.
• Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment area.
• Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to DPOR
• Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked.
• Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
• All other duties as prescribed.

• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered.

• Exhibits sound judgment.

• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
• Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.
• Active Cosmetology, Esthetician, or equivalent state license required.

Pay: $21.67 - $25.06 per hour
