What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality eyelash-extension services that meet Bonded Lash Bar’s professional standards
• Create customized lash sets based on each client’s natural lashes, eye shape, lifestyle and desired result
• Perform appointments efficiently while maintaining quality, comfort and natural-lash health
• Conduct thorough consultations and educate clients on maintenance and aftercare
• Recommend appropriate professional aftercare products
• Build lasting client relationships and develop a loyal, recurring clientele
• Rebook clients for their recommended maintenance appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed client notes
• Keep your station, tools and treatment area clean, sanitized and organized
• Follow all licensing, sanitation, safety and company protocols
• Participate in continuing education, team meetings, training and company initiatives

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology or Esthetician License
• Professional eyelash-extension experience required
• Strong isolation, placement, styling, mapping and natural-lash integrity skills
• Experience with Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume and Wispy techniques preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, punctual, responsible and professional
• Client-focused approach with strong rebooking and retention skills
• Receptive to continued education, coaching and professional development
• Weekday availability required; full-time availability preferred

Compensation Disclaimer: The stated pay range is an estimate of potential earnings. Actual compensation may vary based on hours worked, experience, commission earnings, appointment volume, client retention, retail sales and gratuities. Employees receive an applicable hourly wage in accordance with company policy and wage-and-hour laws, in addition to eligible commission earnings. Specific compensation terms will be reviewed during the hiring process and confirmed in the employee’s written offer.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
