F & A Manager

Fast Growing Industrial Group Companies seeking Finance & Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This is a full-time position based in Pandaan, East Java. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting and reporting functions for the organisation. You will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and the delivery of timely financial reports to support management decision-making. Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation processes
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial reporting requirements and international accounting principles where applicable
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and guidance on accounting policies, procedures, and best practices
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare budget forecasts and provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and filing systems
• Review and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting roles, preferably within manufacturing metals industry or having experience in reputable accounting firm with manufacturing clients portfolio
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing accounting teams and developing junior staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management practices
• Experience with financial consolidation and inter-company transactions is advantageou
