F & B Associate

• Provide excellent and attentive service to guests.
• Greet and assist guests to their tables and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS, order slips, or other approved methods.
• Answer guest questions and provide recommendations regarding menu items, portions, ingredients, and food allergies.
• Communicate orders clearly with Kitchen Staff and ensure timely and accurate service.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining proper presentation.
• Check table settings, dishes, and glassware for cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy dining area.
• Upsell additional food and beverage products when appropriate.
• Present bills and collect payments accurately.
• Clear and properly endorse used plates, glasses, and utensils for cleaning.
• Attend staff briefings regarding daily specials, menu changes, and reservations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain punctuality and comply with company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or authorized personnel.

Qualifications:

• With previous work experience as an F&B Associate, Wait Staff, or similar role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage but not required.
• Food safety training or certification is an advantage.
• Attentive, patient, and guest-oriented.
• Good presentation and grooming standards.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
