What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, HACCP principles, and health and safety standards.
- Experienced in cost control, inventory management, purchasing, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Able to monitor and improve food and beverage quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Skilled in staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in handling guest concerns and operational issues.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or F&B POS and inventory systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional, organized, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
