ONOMA Hotel Athens, the newest addition to Anatolia Hospitality, is looking for a passionate, creative and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join our pre-opening team.

We are looking for someone with fresh ideas, strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Someone who is excited to be part of a new beginning, build a motivated team and bring our F&B concepts to life.

Your Role

• Play an active role in the pre-opening preparation and setup of the hotel’s F&B operations.
• Oversee the organization and daily operation of our ground-floor and rooftop F&B outlets.
• Recruit, train, inspire and lead a passionate F&B team.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards and quality guidelines.
• Work closely with the culinary team to create exciting food and beverage experiences.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
• Monitor F&B costs, inventory, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead by example with a proactive, flexible and hands-on management style.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a hotel or a well-established hospitality venue.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of F&B cost control.
• A creative mindset with a passion for hospitality trends and guest experiences.
• Ability to build, motivate and develop successful teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Very good command of English.
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.
• Previous pre-opening experience will be considered an advantage.
