F & B SERVICE HOST

The F & B Service Host is responsible for handling of the day-to-day operations and works closely with other members of the F&B service team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following function such as to serves as the first point of contact, welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, answering inquiries, and coordinating with staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. you shall report directly to the Service Captain & Service Manager.
Experience Required:

· Graduate of any four-year college degree course.

· At least with 2 years relevant working experience as F&B Service Host (Receptionist)

But newly graduate is acceptable.

Other Qualifications and Technical Knowledge/Skills:

· Competent to speak English.

· Proficient in oral and written communication, in any foreign language is an advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize tasks.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Results oriented.

· Has strong service orientation to cater Pavilion’s clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
