We are seeking a dedicated F&B Steward to join our team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. As an F&B Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring that the dining experience is pleasant and memorable for all patrons. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. - Provide attentive and efficient service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly. - Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials to effectively communicate with guests. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. - Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all food service areas. - Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. - Support the team in various stewarding activities, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and utensils. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of food and beverage service principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
