Jack McGee Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented F&I Assistant to join our team.

The F&I Assistant plays an important role in supporting our Finance & Insurance Managers and ensuring a smooth process from the time a deal is finalized through vehicle delivery and funding. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers and internal departments, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Finance & Insurance Managers throughout the deal process
• Review deal documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to keep deals moving and ensure outstanding items are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is handled confidentially
• Provide general administrative support to the F&I department as required
• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers throughout the purchasing and delivery process
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding required documentation and next steps
• Help create a positive, organized, and seamless vehicle delivery experience

Qualifications

• Must currently hold an OMVIC registration or be willing and eligible to obtain OMVIC registration
• Previous automotive, finance, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and availability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers, lenders, insurance providers, and internal departments
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software and systems quickly
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and financial information
