F5 Application Security Manager - Web Application Firewall

• 6 Days working from office and 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday client location
• 1st 3rd Saturday working
• Notice Period: Immediate/30 days
• Shifts: Rotational shift(24/7) must shift allowances will be provided.
• Preferred male candidates as it is rotational and client location

JD:

Platform Management

• Develop and finetune security rules to protect against web applications attacks.
• Customize rule sets based on the specific requirements of web applications.
• Monitor web traffic for suspicious activities and potential security threats.
• Analyze WAF logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents
• Ensure that all external facing applications are integrated with WAF.
• Implement patches and updates to ensure the WAF remains resilient against emerging threats
• Ensure WAF configurations aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Fine-tune policies for effective security without compromising performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on WAF configurations, rules and incident response procedures.
• Work closely with web application developers to understand application behaviour.
• WAF device and associated servers monitoring, maintenance, Servers health check-up and periodic configuration backup activities
• Ensure WAF solution is running with latest version both DC and DR.
• VIP Monitoring and Configuration.
• Periodic certificate renewal of integrated applications and on boarding of new applications
• Support for DC DR drill
• Responsible for configuring policies and applying across all web applications integrated with WAF.
• Ensure WAF configurations align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for compliance audits.
• WAF rules configuration and fine tuning
• Troubleshooting of WAF Policies and Profiles
• Coordination with Vendor for bug fix.
• Provide continuous improvement and best practice deployment.
• Comply with RBI and other guidelines.
