FA Mentor, Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Drive FA and New Agents to achieve activation targets and FA success rate, improve productivity, especially in investment product sales and close performance gaps through coaching.
• Deliver training and coaching on investment and financial advisory skills, build product knowledge and introduce sales approach to Agency forces. Personalized coaching plans based on agent performance gaps. Build agent motivation, discipline, and goal-setting mindset
• Execute training programs and manage course delivery end-to-end. Track performance systematically and provide structured feedback and action plans
• Monitor training effectiveness and FA success rate and maintain training standards and provide improvement feedback
• Ensure FA and New Agents complete required programs on time and regularly follow up on at-risk learners and report outcomes
• Continuously upgrade investment knowledge and coaching capability. Maintain required licenses and certifications.

Specification

• 5-8 years of experience in investment product sales, financial advisory sales coaching, sales leadership, or insurance agency development
• Proven experience in financial / wealth product training and/or sales coaching is preferred
• Must possess a valid IC or IC Complex License
• Professional financial certifications (e.g., CFP / AFPT) will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management products
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
• Demonstrates high level of discipline, accountability, and professionalism
• Willingness and ability to travel for field coaching and on-site support
