FA Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled FA Technician to join our team at Evo Precision Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Iskandar Puteri Johor. As an FA Technician, you will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform FA measurement using measuring equipments such as Smart scope, Toolmaker Scope and various measuring instruments

   • Perform FA measurement using measuring equipments such as Smart scope, Toolmaker Scope and various measuring instruments

   • Have basic GDT knowledge and able to interpret basic dimensions

   • Knowledge in CPK, PPAP, SPC and CPK

   • Able to interpret technical/mechanical drawings and blue-prints

   • Support engineering teams in troubleshooting injection molding process issues and proposing corrective actions.

   • Document test results, analysis reports, and maintain proper records for traceability.

   • Assist in developing and improving testing and analysis methods for quality improvement.

   • Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

   • Support customer complaint investigations and prepare technical reports.

   • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and ISO/TS requirements.

   • Maintain good 5S practices in the workplace

   • Preferred with experience in manufacturing environment and ISO procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an FA Technician or in a similar analytical role
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
3. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Familiarity with manufacturing processes / operations
6. Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field
